Corepoint sells NC IOS

DISPOSITION: Corepoint Real Estate sells 3.68 AC IOS in Charlotte, NC. Corepoint Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 5029 Equipment Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property features a 10,760 SF industrial building. Marc Smouha and David Salameh led the Corepoint deal team in the off-market transaction.

SRS sells TX IOS

ACQUISITION: SRS Industrial brokers sale of 3.06 AC IOS in DFW Metroplex. SRS Industrial has facilitated the sale of 2520 Chambers Street in Venus, Texas. The low-coverage property features a 15,900 SF industrial building. Katrina Kieu and Joseph Cooper with SRS Industrial represented the buyer in the transaction.

RCR buys NC IOS

ACQUISITION: Rich Commercial Realty buys 2-pack of IOS in North Carolina. Rich Commercial Realty has acquired 2 fully leased IOS sites located at 400 Bricksteel Lane in Garner and 1028 Brompton Lane in Greenville, North Carolina. Combined, the properties total 15,400 SF with ±2 AC of laydown yard. Nick Kasprzak, Bo Hargrove, Street Jones, Braxton Anthony, Sam DiFranco Jr., and Dylan Heafner led the RCR deal team in the transaction. The acquisition was financed by Preston Mahan with TowneBank.

NAI Ohio Equities sells OH IOS

DISPOSITION: NAI Ohio Equities sells 2.76 AC in Columbus, OH, metro area. NAI Ohio Equities has facilitated the sale of 225 Business Center Drive in Blacklick. Ohio. The property features 2.76 AC of industrial-zoned land. Simon Kroos led the NAI Ohio Equities deal team in the transaction.

First Houston leases TX IOS

LEASE SIGNED: First Houston leases 2-pack of IOS totaling 11.3 AC in Houston. First Houston Properties Inc. has facilitated the leasing of 11930 Homestead Road in Houston, Texas, and 4201 Roland Road in Katy, Texas. The properties total 5.3 AC and 6 AC of IOS yard space, respectively. The new tenant at Homestead is Front Line Power Construction, while the Roland tenant is RBL Intl. James Mashni with First Houston represented the landlord, Hyde Park Real Estate, in the transactions. Milco Cipriani, Sameed Gagai, and Christian Zyire Ardoin-Dural led the Hyde Park deal team.

L&A leases LA IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases 2.65 AC IOS in Baton Rouge, LA. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 7984 Commerce Avenue in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The property includes a 45,000 SF industrial building. Tom McGee with Lee & Associates Baton Rouge represented the landlord, Anderson Legacy LLC, in the transaction.
