Copart buys West Palm Beach IOS

ACQUISITION: Copart buys 40.3 acre IOS in West Palm Beach, FL for $65M. Copart has acquired 7876 West Belvedere Boulevard and 801 Pike Road in West Palm Beach, Florida. The property features 3 industrial buildings totaling 8,732 SF. Copart had previously been leasing the property from the seller, Jamco. Copart is led by Jeff Liaw.

Newmark sells Phoenix, Arizona IOS

DISPOSITION: Newmark sells 10.6 acre IOS in Phoenix, AZ for $12.65M. Newmark Phoenix Capital Markets has facilitated the sale of 330 South 75th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The rail-served property features 3 warehouses and an office totaling 74,000 SF. Gary Cornish with Newmark represented the seller, while Josh Wyss and Sam Arthur with Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer in the transaction.

Stubblebine brokers Boston area IOS sale

ACQUISITION: Stubblebine brokers sale of greater Boston area IOS for $3.4M. The Stubblebine Company has facilitated the sale of 5-13 Cape Road in Milford, Massachusetts. The 3 acre property includes buildings totaling 13,000 SF. The seller was Silveira Holdings. Matty Drouillard and Stephen Flynn with Stubblebine represented the buyer, Campers Inn RV, in the transaction.

Stream leases IOS in Los Angeles area

LEASE SIGNED: Stream leases 4.12 acre IOS in Los Angeles, CA area. Stream Realty Partners has facilitated the leasing of 15033 Slover Avenue in Fontana, California. The property features a 9,300 SF maintenance facility. Ian Armbruster with Stream represented the landlord in the transaction, while Jon Larson with Voit Real Estate Services brought the tenant.

Bespoke obtains loan for Boise, Idaho IOS

FINANCING: Bespoke Holdings obtains financing for IOS 2-pack in Boise, ID. Bespoke Holdings has secured $6.2M in financing for 2 IOS properties totaling 17 acres. The properties are located at 4620 South Apple Street and 2171 East Danzee Drive in Boise, Idaho. Heritage Bank was the lender for both deals, while William Haass with JLL represented Bespoke Holdings.
