FINANCING: JLL sources $226M in financing for Jadian IOS portfolio. JLL Capital Markets has arranged $226M in financing for a portfolio of 46 IOS properties owned by Jadian IOS. The portfolio totals 212 AC across 15 states, and the properties are tenanted by companies including United Rentals and AT&T. Peter Rotchford and Tyler Peck with JLL secured the loan through Blackstone’s Real Estate Debt Strategies.

ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys 5.1 AC IOS In Manchester, NH. Open Industrial has acquired 10024 South Willow Street in Manchester, New Hampshire. The property features an 11,900 SF industrial building. Bradley Sampson and Rob Foa led the Open Industrial deal team. Mike Tamposi and Nicholas DeNisco with The Boulos Co. are currently marketing the property for lease.

DISPOSITION: Matthews sells 4.47 AC IOS in San Antonio, TX. Matthews has facilitated the sale of 727 North WW White Road in San Antonio, Texas. The property is currently leased to United Rentals and features a 23,354 SF building. The buyer was Alterra IOS, led by Gavin Weaver and Liz Scott. Jeff Miller, Michael Kelleher, and Asvy Sepulveda led the Matthews deal team in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Lee & Associates brokers sale of 4.13 AC IOS in Greenville, SC. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 721-729 Mauldin Road in Greenville, South Carolina. The property features several buildings. Andrew Harrill, Jordan Skellie, and Payton Drake with Lee & Associates represented the buyer in the off-market transaction.

ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 3.75 AC ISF in Atlanta metro area. Jadian IOS has acquired 5854 Goshen Springs Road in Norcross, Georgia. The low-coverage property features a 29,750 SF industrial service facility (ISF). Mason Baldwin, Alex Stahl, and Daniel Schuchinksy led the Jadian deal team in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Cushman & Wakefield leases 12.2 AC IOS in Denver. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the leasing of 1100 West 64th Avenue in Denver, Colorado. Joey Trinkle and Matt Trone with Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, BIP Management and Platform Ventures, in the transaction. Rachel Canella and Paul Kahn with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
