DISPOSITION: Hampton Partners sells 20.48 acre IOS in Colorado for $5.9M. Hampton Partners has sold 10741 Highway 52 in Fort Lupton, Colorado. The property features a 25,840 SF warehouse and is currently tenanted by Nelson Pipeline. The Hampton Partners deal team was led by Jeff Robinson and Tucker Robinson.

ACQUISITION: TruckCo buys 26 acre IOS in Lakeland, FL area for truck parking. TruckCo Hwy 60 LLC has acquired 3975 Highway 60 East in Mulberry, Florida. The property, which has been used as a remote control airpark for the last 45 years, will be converted to a truck stop with IOS, overnight parking, and a 50,000 SF building. ACQUISITION: B&D Holdings buys 5 acre IOS in Hillburn, NY. B&D Holdings has acquired 260 Old Route 17 in Hillburn, New York. The property features a 30,000 SF industrial building on 5 usable acres. The B&D Holdings deal team included Martin Segal, Robert Logan, Jack Shulman, and Andrew Brunetto. Jordan Avanzato, Marc Duval, and Nick Stefans with JLL facilitated the sale.

LEASE SIGNED: North Palisade leases 1.96 acre IOS in Los Angeles, CA. North Palisade Partners has leased 18931 South Laurel Park Road in Rancho Dominguez, California. The property features 75 trailer parking stalls plus container stacking ability. Jae Yoo, Steve Bohannon, and Brandon Burns with Cushman & Wakefield represented North Palisade in the transaction. LEASE SIGNED: Charles Hawkins leases 4 acre IOS in Nashville metro area. Charles Hawkins Co. has facilitated the leasing of 4 acres of IOS at 175 Bill France Boulevard in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The property is owned by Open Industrial. The Charles Hawkins deal team included McNeill Stout, Robert Stout, Clancy Hoban, and Kevin Irwin.

FINANCING: PSRS arranges $2M refi for 3 acre IOS in Savannah, GA area. Pacific Southwest Realty Services (PSRS) has secured refinancing for 6010 Commerce Boulevard in Garden City, Georgia. The property features a 16,000 SF service facility and is currently leased to Meadowbrook Transport. The PSRS deal team included Grady Seldin and George Gianoukakis.
