IOV buys Denver area IOS

ACQUISITION: IOV buys 5.05 acre IOS in Denver, CO metro area. Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV) has acquired 5350 Newport Street in Commerce City, Colorado. The property includes a 24,000 SF warehouse and 3,500 SF of office space. The current tenant, Ferguson Fire and Fabrication, has occupied the property for more than 20 years. The IOV deal team included Tom Barbera, Nick Firth, Eric Johnson, Benjamin Backer, Anthony DeLaurentis, Mike Rotolo, Raymond Keeler, and Tina Torossian.

Alterra buys Seattle area IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 2.06 acre IOS in Seattle, WA metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 3037 Center Street in Tacoma, Washington. The low-coverage property features 3 industrial buildings totaling 31,510 SF. Parker Pearson led the Alterra deal team. Jeff Crane and Jack Crane with The Andover Co. represented Alterra in the transaction.

Coldwell Banker sells Illinois IOS

DISPOSITION: Coldwell Banker sells 2 acre IOS in Chicagoland for $1.075M. Coldwell Banker has facilitated the sale of 235 Industrial Drive in Hampshire, Illinois. The property includes 2 metal buildings totaling 8,894 SF, including 600 SF of office space and a 600 SF mezzanine. The Coldwell Banker deal team was led by Pradeep Singh.

Everwood leases Houston IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Everwood RE Partners leases 5.48 acre IOS in Houston, TX. Everwood Real Estate Partners has fully leased 102 Bennington Street in Houston, Texas, to AAA Cooper Transportation. The newly-renovated property features a 23,080 SF truck terminal. The Everwood deal team included William Peeples, Rob Wallace, and John Bedula. James Mashni, Patrick McKiernan, Juan Fraga, and Samuel McGurk with First Houston Properties facilitated the transaction.

Newmark leases Minneapolis IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Newmark leases 2.07 acre IOS in Minneapolis, MN metro area. Newmark has facilitated the leasing of 13733 Lake Drive Northeast in Columbus, Minnesota. The property features a 5,850 SF industrial building. The new tenant is The Davey Tree Expert Co. Jay Chmieleski, Patrick Cullen, and Mari Hansen with Newmark represented the landlord in the transaction.
