DISPOSITION: Steel Peak sells 1.2 acre IOS in San Diego, CA for $3.8M. Steel Peak has sold 6975 Camino Maquiladora in San Diego, California. The property features a 6,226 SF warehouse and was purchased by the firm in December for $2.6M. Rob Hixson and James Hixson with CBRE represented Steel Peak in the transaction. Ramin Salehi, also with CBRE, represented the buyer, RojoWood Lumber & Building Supply.

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS buys 3.24 acre IOS in Port St. Lucie, FL metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 9901 Okeechobee Road in Fort Pierce, Florida. The property features an 11,728 SF building with warehouse and office space. Chris White led the Alterra IOS deal team. Joshua Symonette of TD Commercial Group assisted with the transaction.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells 7.01 acre IOS in Minneapolis, MN area. CBRE has facilitated the sale of 2910 Quant Avenue North in Stillwater, Minnesota. The property features 13,648 SF of office, shop, and warehouse space and was previously used as an auto savage facility. The new owners intend to develop the site into a truck parking lot. Myles Harnden and Hunter Weir with CBRE represented the seller in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Digby Commercial leases 0.75 acre IOS in Denver, CO area. Digby Commercial Advisors has facilitated the leasing of 14902 West 44th Avenue in Golden, Colorado. The low-coverage property features an 8,365 SF industrial building. Tanner Digby with Digby Commercial represented both sides of the deal.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases 15.5 acre IOS in Inland Empire of CA. Lee & Associates has facilitated the subleasing of 2202 South Milliken Avenue in Ontario, California. The property features parking for 50 trailers. Justin Smith, Grant La Bounty, Chris Vassilian, and Skyler Serrano with L&A represented both the tenant and the subtenant in the transaction.
