NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Steel Peak buys 4.93 acre IOS in Seattle, WA area for $5.65M. Steel Peak has acquired 25924 78th Avenue South in Kent, Washington. The property features an 8,160 SF industrial building. The Steel Peak deal team was led by Pasha Johnson. Nick Ratzke and Jim Honan with Neil Walter Co. represented the seller, Fields Roof Service, in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: R&G’s Sheehan | Schumacher sells 1.15 acre IOS in Phoenix. The Sheehan | Schumacher Industrial team at Rein & Grossoehme Commercial Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 2221 West Granada Road in Phoenix, Arizona. The property features a 16,000 SF industrial facility. The Sheehan | Schumacher team included Max Schumacher, Patrick Sheehan, and Jack Hansen.

ACQUISITION: Colliers brokers sale of IOS portfolio in FL and NC. Colliers has facilitated the sale of a 3-property portfolio in strategic locations in Florida and North Carolina. The properties are 100% leased. The Colliers deal team included Jimmy Ullrich, Ryan Vaught, Robyn Hurrell, Michael Macchia, Lee Morris, and Gregory Gosselin.

LEASE SIGNED: West Coast Commercial leases 3.11 acre IOS in Phoenix, AZ. West Coast Commercial has facilitated a new long-term lease for 24348 North 11th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The property, which is located near TSMC, features a 10,000 SF industrial warehouse. The tenant is an industrial steel fabrication and installation company. Todd Lytel with West Coast Commercial represented both sides of the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Prescott leases 1.1 acre IOS in Boston, MA metro area. Prescott has facilitated the leasing of 50 Mystic Avenue in Medford, Massachusetts. The low-coverage property features a 16,000 SF industrial building. The new tenant is Turner Construction Co. The Prescott deal team included David Skinner and Vin Cannistraro. Mike Jezienicki with Boston Realty Advisors assisted in the transaction.
