ACQUISITION: Transport Properties buys 4 AC IOS in Nashville, TN. Tranport Properties has acquired 414 Woodycrest Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee. The property features a 26,000 SF industrial building. The Transport Properties deal team included Timothy McCahill, Matt Mullen, and Alexander Mollozzi, who is currently marketing the property for lease.

DISPOSITION: Colliers sells 7.1 AC site with IOS in Milwaukee metro area. Colliers has facilitated the sale of 824 East Rawson Avenue in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The property features a 44,590 SF industrial building plus 3 AC of dedicated IOS and is leased to Kujawa Enterprises Inc. Tom Shepherd, Jennifer Huber-Bullock, Matt Andersen, and Doug French led the Colliers deal team.

ACQUISITION: Alluvion Partners buys 2.73 AC IOS in Clarksville, TN, metro. Alluvion Partners has acquired a 2.73 AC low-coverage asset in the Clarksville, Tennessee, area. The property features three 5,000 SF single-tenant industrial buildings with dedicated IOS. It’s currently fully leased to Holston Gases Inc., Landscape Services Inc., and the Home Builders Institute. Dean Taylor led the Alluvion Partners deal team in the off-market acquisition.

ACQUISITION: SpurLine Holdings buys 2 AC IOS in Denver metro area. SpurLine Holdings has acquired 3070 South Wyandot Street in Englewood, Colorado. The property includes a 26,646 SF industrial building. Matthew Vandal led the SpurLine deal team. Steve Serenyi with Colliers facilitated the 1031 transaction, while Kristen Decker with Otten Johnson assisted with the due diligence.

LEASE SIGNED: Newmark leases 2.5 AC IOS in Los Angeles area. Newmark has facilitated the leasing of 12122 Woodruff Avenue in Downey, California. Mark Repstad, Connor Reeves, John McMillan, Jeff Sanita, Danny Williams, Brendan Phinny, Joey Farney, Andrew Conroy, and Trudy Linke with Newmark represented the landlord, Lake Creek Industrial, in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: The IOS Chicks secure $2.16M lease renewal for Phoenix area IOS. The IOS Chicks at eXp Commercial have facilitated a lease renewal for an IOS property located on West Dallas Avenue in Apache Junction, Arizona. The IOS Chicks team includes Michelle Pauley, Nikki Bagnato, Sarah Purce, and Megan Taylor.
