DISPOSITION: Colliers sells 18.77 acre site in Jacksonville, FL for $6.5M. Colliers has facilitated the sale of 3075 Leon Road in Jacksonville, Florida. The property includes 6 structures totaling 28,520 SF and 13.54 usable upland acres of IOS. The buyer was WDP-Leon LLC. Eric Bumgarner, Michael Cassidy, Joseph Turri, and Gordon Olson with Colliers facilitated the off-market deal and were the only brokers involved. Kyle Cunningham and Asa Candler with Southwood Development are handling the management and leasing of the property.

DISPOSITION: Stubblebine sells 2 IOS properties in Boston area for $7.4M. The Stubblebine Company has facilitated the sale of 2 IOS properties in Brockton, Massachusetts. Matty Drouillard and Stephen Flynn with The Stubblebine Co. represented both the buyers and the sellers in the 2 transactions. The properties are:
1824-1954 Main Street (6.08 acres) — sold for $5,087,500 to RCC LLC
159 Manley Street (1.63 acres) — sold for $2,300,000 to Copeland Toyota

DISPOSITION: Graystone sells 5.47 acre IOS in Buena Vista, CO for $2.15M. Graystone Capital Advisors has facilitated the sale of 481 Gregg Drive in Buena Vista, Colorado. The property features an 11,050 SF warehouse and is leased to FedEx Ground through May 2027. Kurt Hediger with Graystone represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: NAI Charleston sells 7 acre IOS in North Charleston, SC. NAI Charleston has facilitated the sale of 1069 Lincoln Avenue in North Charleston, South Carolina. The property features a 33,450 SF industrial building. Dexter Rumsey with NAI Charleston represented the seller, while Whit Jones represented the buyer in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: ISF Management/JJIOS buy 3.5 acre IOS in Delanco, NJ. ISF Management and JJIOS have acquired 2407 Burlington Avenue in Delanco, New Jersey. The property features a 6,700 SF shop building. The ISF/JJIOS deal team was led by Daniel Chovnick. Adam Deeves with Action Commercial Group and Guy Hananya with Clear Height Advisors facilitated the sale.

LEASE SIGNED: GLD Commercial leases 2.9 acre IOS in Cedar Rapids, IA. GLD Commercial has facilitated the leasing of 6201 16th Avenue Southwest in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. An additional 7.97 acres remain available at the site. Jenn Sexton with GLD represented the property owner in the transaction.
