Outpost buys NJ IOS

ACQUISITION: Outpost buys 12.65 AC truck terminal in Newark, NJ. Outpost has acquired 873-915 Delancy Street in Newark, New Jersey. The is the company’s 2nd truck terminal acquisition in the New York/New Jersey corridor in the last 6 months. The property features a new 25,000 SF warehouse with 18 dock-high doors and 1 drive-in door, as well as 300+ concrete and asphalt spaces for containers and trailers. The Outpost deal team included Chenying Zhao, Tres Teschke, Sam Penny, and Josh Neill.

R&G sells Phoenix IOS

DISPOSITION: Rein & Grossoehme sells 2.67 AC IOS in Phoenix for $4.15M. Rein & Grossoehme has facilitated the sale of 9801 North 19th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The property includes a 7,060 SF industrial building. Max Schumacher, Patrick Sheehan, and Jack Hansen with Rein & Grossoehme’s Sheehan | Schumacher Industrial Team represented the seller, IOS Southwest LLC, in the transaction.

Alterra buys WA IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 3.8 AC IOS in Portland, OR, metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 6705 Northeast 117th Avenue in Vancouver, Washington. The property features a 7,240 SF industrial building. Parker Pearson and E. Liam Loftus led the Alterra deal team. Andrew Wiesemann with Matthews facilitated the transaction.

SRS leases TX IOS

LEASE SIGNED: SRS Industrial leases 2.44 AC IOS in DFW metroplex. SRS Industrial has facilitated the leasing of 167 Sentry Drive in Mansfield, Texas. The low-coverage property features a 25,000 SF industrial building. The new tenant is Heritage Landscape, a subsidiary of SRS Distribution. Joseph Cooper and Katrina Kieu with SRS Industrial represented the landlord in the transaction.

CBRE leases MN IOS

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 2.83 AC IOS in Rochester, MN. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 7201 22nd Avenue Southwest in Rochester, Minnesota. The property features a 19,990 SF industrial building. Myles Harnden, Hunter Weir, and Jack Perrill with CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.

PEOPLE MOVES: APEX IOS welcomes new VP of Finance, Controller. APEX IOS has added Naveed Shalwani to the team to serve as Vice President of Finance, Controller. Naveed’s previous experience includes roles at Clarion Partners and Valiant Residential.
