R.W. Holmes sells Boston area IOS

DISPOSITION: R.W. Holmes sells 3 acre IOS in Boston metro area for $2.3M. R.W. Holmes has facilitated the sale of 1628-1636 Shawsheen Street in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The buyer was MassMulch. Mike Ogasapian and David Gilkie with R.W. Holmes represented the seller, the Fortier Family, in the transaction. Gicelle Brito and Justin Thomas with Northern Bank and Trust Co. helped finance the deal.

IOV buys Chicago area IOS

ACQUISITION: Industrial Outdoor Ventures buys 5.73 acre IOS in Chicago area. Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV) has acquired 160 North Garden Avenue in Roselle, Illinois. The property includes a 28,964 SF maintenance building and a separate 1,350 SF office. The IOV deal team was led by Anthony DeLaurentis. Matt Garland with Cawley represented the seller in the transaction and, along with Andrew Maletich, is handling the leasing of the property.

Alterra buys Dallas IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS buys 2.16 acre IOS in Dallas, TX. Alterra IOS has acquired 9765 Harry Hines Boulevard in Dallas, Texas. The property features a 9,400 SF warehouse. The Alterra IOS deal team was led by Gavin Weaver. Chris Wong with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services facilitated the transaction.

Open Industrial buys Richmond, Virginia IOS

ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys 5.2 acre IOS in Richmond, VA. Open Industrial has acquired 506-508 East Clopton Street in Richmond, Virginia. The property features a 14,300 SF industrial building plus a separate 2,400 SF maintenance shop. It’s currently leased to Kenan Advantage Group. Elmo Alexander led the Open Industrial deal team. Marc Allocca and Hamilton Shaheen with Range Commercial Partners represented Open Industrial in the transaction.

Colliers leases Inland Empire IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 4.08 acre IOS in Inland Empire. Colliers has facilitated the leasing of 2610-2620 Durahart Street in Riverside, California. The paved property features 115 trailer parking stalls and is owned by Dalfen Industrial. Joey Reaume, Richard Schwartz, Nick Moscicki, and Alexander Davis with Colliers represented Dalfen in the transaction. Hunter McDonald with JLL also assisted with the deal.
