Barings and Brennan for IOS JV

JOINT VENTURE: Barings and Brennan Investment Group form $150M IOS JV. Barings and Brennan Investment Group have launched a $150M JV to acquire IOS assets, starting with a 4.75 acre property in Denver, Colorado. The partnership leverages Barings’ investment scale and Brennan’s IOS expertise to build a national portfolio in high-growth markets. The Barings deal team is led by Raymond Tiernan, while Michael Brennan heads the Brennan deal team.

Jadian buys NYC IOS

UPDATE: In Friday’s edition, we mentioned Jadian IOS’s acquisition of 651 Fountain Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. The Jadian deal team included Alex Stahl, John Grib, Killian O’Brien, and Daniel Schuchinsky. We now know that the sale price was $10.25M and that David Schechtman, Ikey Betesh, and Henry Barnathan with Meridian Capital Group facilitated the transaction.

Partners sells San Antonio IOS

DISPOSITION: Partners sells 5 acre IOS in San Antonio, TX. Partners has facilitated the sale of 8034 Northeast Loop 410 in San Antonio, Texas. The property features a 26,436 SF industrial service facility and is 100% leased to Mears Installation. Stan Nowak and Andrew Alizzi with Partners represented the seller, Harbor Capital, in the transaction. Base Industrial, led by Evan Welsh, was the buyer.

Landmark sells Central PA IOS

DISPOSITION: Landmark Commercial Realty sells 5 acre IOS in Central PA. Landmark Commercial Realty has facilitated the sale of 120 Stover Drive in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. The property features a 7,200 SF industrial building. Jason Grace and Nick Talley with Landmark represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was ABC Supply Co.

Haith leases Kansas City IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Haith leases 11.5 acre IOS in Kansas City to the KC Chiefs. Haith and Co. has facilitated the leasing of 11.5 acres at 8753 East US Highway 40 in Kansas City, Missouri, to the Kansas City Chiefs. Josh Haith led a deal team that also included David Gunter and Jake LaFevers in representing the site’s owners, Zenith IOS.
