Jadian buys Florida IOS

ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 4.9 acre IOS in Orlando, FL. Jadian IOS has acquired 1700 North Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando, Florida. The property features a 14,244 SF warehouse. The IOS deal team included Alex Stahl, Kees t’Sas, Daniel Schuchinsky, and Matthew Hennessy.

Catalyst acquires New Jersey IOS

ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 3.2 acre IOS in Cherry Hill, NJ. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 4 Larwin Road in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The site features a 13,242 SF service facility with 2 loading docks and 6 drive-in doors. The Catalyst deal team was led by Brandon Johnson. Guy Hananya of Clear Height Advisors assisted in the transaction.

Triten buys Florida IOS

ACQUISITION: Triten buys 1 acre IOS in Davie, FL for $2.7M. Triten Real Estate Partners has acquired 4700 Southwest 30th Street in Davie, Florida, a suburb of Miami. The property includes a 1,450 SF building. Jose Sasson and Roberto Susi of Axiom Capital Advisors represented Triten in the sale, while Eli Sasson Bril of Axiom represented the seller, Techno Fuel. The Triten deal team was led by Willie Ross.

Zenith buys Florida IOS

ACQUISITION: Zenith buys 6 acre IOS in Ocoee, FL. Zenith IOS has acquired 471 L.F. Roper Parkway in Ocoee, Florida. The property includes a 6,884 SF industrial building.
