Lincoln sells CO IOS

DISPOSITION: Lincoln sells 18.29 acre IOS in Denver area for $29.25M. Lincoln Property Co. has facilitated the sale of 9410 Heinz Way in Commerce City, Colorado. The rail-served property features a 140,630 SF industrial building with a large fenced, gated, and lit yard. Sam Slaton and Mark Dwyer with Lincoln represented both the seller, ASB Real Estate Investments, and the buyer, CEMCO North America (a JFE Shoji company), in the transaction.

Steel Peak buys SLC IOS

ACQUISITION: Steel Peak buys industrial building with IOS in SLC for $3.1M. Steel Peak has acquired 758 West 1500 North in Salt Lake City, Utah. The low-coverage property features a 15,218 SF industrial building on 2.34 acres. The transaction marks the firm’s 2nd SLC acquisition. The Steel Peak deal team was led by Blake Rodgers and Pasha Johnson. Tanner Riedel with Colliers represented the seller, Wolff Excavating Inc.

Avison Young sells Charlotte IOS

DISPOSITION: Avison Young brokers sale of 4.01 acre property in Charlotte, NC. Avison Young has facilitated the sale of 2520 Eatonton Street in Charlotte, North Carolina. The low-coverage property features a 35,100 SF warehouse plus IOS. Henry Lobb with Avison Young represented both the seller and the buyer, Port Commercial, in the transaction. Gray Gaines, also with Avison Young, is currently marketing the property for lease.

Jadian buys Phoenix IOS

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 2.5 acre IOS In Phoenix, AZ. Jadian IOS has acquired 1021 North 59th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. The low-coverage property features a 19,541 SF warehouse. The Jadian deal team included Kees t’Sas, Alex Stahl, Zach Fredman, and Daniel Schuchinsky. Chris Wong with Bradford Commercial facilitated the transaction.

CanTex buys DFW IOS

ACQUISITION: CanTex Capital buys 6.1 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. CanTex Capital has acquired 9324-9430 South Freeway in Fort Worth, Texas. The property features a 25,927 SF industrial building and is the site of a Bass Pro Shops Boating Center. Michael Newsome and Todd Hubbard with NAI Robert Lynn facilitated the off-market transaction.

L&A leases Seattle area IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases 24,430 SF IOS in Seattle area. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 24,430 SF of IOS space at 22915 86th Avenue South in Kent, Washington. John Brussa, Andrew Hull, and Zane Shiras with L&A represented the tenant, OSS Fence, in the transaction.
