ACQUISITION: Legacy Capital buys industrial + IOS in Jacksonville, FL. Legacy Capital Partners has acquired 5919 Commonwealth Avenue in Jacksonville, Florida. ACQUISITION: Dalfen/Centerbridge JV buys 1.29 acre IOS in NYC metro. A joint venture (JV) between Dalfen Industrial and Centerbridge Partners has acquired 2 Gowin Street in Sayreville, New Jersey, a suburb of NYC. The property includes an 8,000 SF fleet service building and is located just off the Garden State Parkway. The Dalfen deal team was led by Keith Hontz and Mike Cohen. CBRE’s Mark Silverman assisted in the deal.

DISPOSITION: L&A brokers sale of 52 acre IOS in DFW area. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 1700 Dowdy Ferry Road in Hutchins, Texas. The property includes a 12,000 SF industrial service facility. The L&A team of Jarrett Huge and Alex Wilson represented the seller, Tribeca Truck Repair & Parking. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jake Griffin and Mark Becker represented the buyer, All State Truck & Trailer Repair.

LEASE SIGNED: BRC’s AI Group leases 5 acre IOS in Hamilton, NJ. The Advanced Industrial (AI) Group of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has facilitated the lease of 121 First Avenue in Hamilton, New Jersey. BRC’s Anthony Rittwager and Matthew Phillips represented the tenant, Acertus Transportation. A Commercial Realty Partners team represented the landlord, BDA Hamilton.
