Centurion buys Phoenix IOS

ACQUISITION: Centurion Realty buys 2.81 acre IOS in Phoenix, AZ for $2.5M. Centurion Realty has acquired 1701 and 1795 South 19th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. During due diligence, the firm signed a 10-year lease deal with tenant Big Tex Trailer. Saul Tawil and Nate Palmer led the Centurion deal team.

Stonemont buys Dallas ISF

ACQUISITION: Stonemont buys 24.8 acre ISF in Dallas, TX. Stonemont Financial Group has acquired 3912-4012 West Illinois Avenue in Dallas, Texas. The property features a 224,060 SF industrial facility plus more than 9 acres of IOS space. Ryan Meehan, Josh Wheeler, and Brett Buchanan led the Stonemont deal team. Chris Wong with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services facilitated the transaction.

Open Industrial buys VA IOS

ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys 6.44 acre IOS in Fredericksburg, VA. Open Industrial has acquired 200 Central Road in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The property features 11,000 SF of industrial warehouse space. The firm secured a lease with Ruppert Landscape for roughly a third of the space while under contract. The Open Industrial deal team included Elmo Alexander, Matt Potolicchio, Chad Pitts, and Joshua Gurland. Brian Cunningham with Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite represented the seller and was the only broker involved in the transaction.

CanTex buys Fort Worth IOS

ACQUISITION: CanTex buys 3.97 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. CanTex Capital has acquired 5504-5508 Forest Hill Drive in Fort Worth, Texas. The property includes a 9,223 SF industrial building. Sam Cheema and Romy Cheema lead the CanTex team. Luke Hoyl with Virtue Real Estate Partners facilitated the off-market transaction.

CushWake leases Queens IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Cushman & Wakefield leases 4.5 acre IOS in Queens, NY. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the leasing of 46-81 Metropolitan Avenue in Maspeth, Queens, New York. The property features a 16,151 SF industrial building and is owned by Prologis. Helen McCarthy Paul, Rico Murtha, and Gurpreet Singh led the CushWake deal team. The Prologis deal team included Andrew Forsyth.
