Berkeley Cap sells North Carolina IOS

DISPOSITION: Berkeley Cap sells 4.5 acre IOS in Durham, NC for $1.7M. Berkeley Capital Advisors has facilitated the sale of 6408 Leesville Road in Durham, North Carolina. The site includes a 2,044 SF building and is currently leased by SiteOne Nursery. Berkeley Cap’s Dave Faris represented the seller in the transaction.

Legacy buys Florida IOS

ACQUISITION: Legacy buys 3.01 acre IOS in Jacksonville, FL. Legacy Capital Partners has acquired 5919 Commonwealth Avenue in Jacksonville, Florida. The property includes 3 buildings totaling 28,734 SF. The Legacy deal team included Jack McCunn and Jack Slater.

Colliers sells Michigan IOS

DISPOSITION: Colliers sells 40 acre IOS in Detroit, MI. Colliers represented the seller in the sale of 12155 Southfield Freeway in Detroit, Michigan. The property is located adjacent to the Canadian Pacific Railway’s Detroit Intermodal Terminal. The Colliers deal team included Matt Albertine, Ryan Brittain, Charles McNeil, and Marc Kirshenbaum.

Alterra buys Tennessee IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 5.3 acre IOS in Memphis, TN. Alterra IOS has acquired 3086 Carrier Street in Memphis, TN. The property includes a 36-door 8,000 SF SF terminal with a 4-bay maintenance building. The Alterra deal team was led by Parker Pearson. Elliot Embry and Preston Thomas of Colliers represented the seller. Ben Ricketts of Colliers represented Alterra and is handling the leasing.

BRC leases New Jersey IOS

LEASE SIGNED: BRC’s AI Group leases 5 acre IOS in Hamilton, NJ. The Advance Industrial (AI) Group at Bussel Realty Corp (BRC) has brokered the lease of 121 1st Avenue in Hamilton, New Jersey. The AI Group team of Anthony Rittwager and Matthew Phillips represented the tenant, Acertus Transportation.
