NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Pinnacle brokers 1.8 acres in Denver area for $3.225M. Pinnacle RE Advisors represented both the buyer and the seller in the disposition of 2261 West Cornell Avenue and 3050 South Zuni Street in Englewood, Colorado, a Denver suburb. The portfolio features 19,597 SF of indoor space — including a small bay facility — as well as IOS space. The Pinnacle deal team included Chase Grimes and Kristjan Danis.
ACQUISITION: Matthews sells industrial with IOS in Atlanta area. Matthews RE Investment Services represented the seller in the disposition of 4850 Massachusetts Boulevard and 1926 Hyannis Court in College Park, Georgia. The portfolio includes a total of 75,500 SF of industrial buildings on 5.88 acres adjacent to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Intl. Airport. The Matthews deal team was led by Harrison Auerbach.
LEASE SIGNED: Ramser leases 3 acres of IOS in Altamonte Springs, FL. Ramser Development Co. has secured a new tenant for its RV Storage Depot at 601 Hillview Drive in Altamonte Springs, Florida. The 42 acre property is the largest RV storage site in the US. Granny’s Alliance Holdings is leasing 3 acres of IOS space for equipment storage. Monica Wonus of CBRE facilitated the lease.
FINANCING: Cooper Horowitz arranges 4 asset loan for Open Industrial. Justin Horowitz of Cooper Horowitz secured $10 million for OI on four Virginia IOS assets: 42450 Cochran Mill Road in Leesburg, 11223 Washington Highway in Ashland, 1618 Commerce Road in Richmond, and 11441 Robertson Drive in Manassas.
HIRING: Triten is looking for an Industrial Development Director in Houston. The primary responsibility of the role is to oversee and manage IOS and industrial project development execution across the US. For more information, contact Michelle Bass.
