DISPOSITION: Cushman & Wakefield sells 53 AC IOS on Long Island. Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of 1900 South Avenue in Staten Island, New York. The property includes multiple industrial buildings totaling 25,000 SF and is fully leased. The seller was Kadima Industrial Partners. The Cushman & Wakefield deal team included Kyle Schmidt, Gary Gabriel, Ryan Larkin, Seth Zuidema, Helen McCarthy Paul, Rico T. Murtha, and Gurpreet Singh.

ACQUISITION: Axiom brokers $7.75M sale of 3.87 AC IOS in West Palm Beach, FL. Axiom Capital Advisors has facilitated the sale of 2658 and 2660 Electronics Way in West Palm Beach, Florida. The property features 41,735 SF of industrial improvements. Jose Sasson and Roberto Susi with Axiom represented the buyer, Centurion Realty, in the transaction. Saul Tawil led the Centurion deal team.

ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys industrial site with IOS in Boston metro area. Open Industrial has acquired 1481 Central Street in Stoughton, Massachusetts. The 6.3 AC property features 9 buildings totaling 77,500 SF plus a fully paved and fenced yard with a CSX rail spur. Bradley Sampson and Rob Foa led the Open Industrial deal team. Paul J D’Angelo Jr. with Quinn & Associates facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Partners sells 4 AC IOS in San Antonio, TX. Partners has facilitated the sale of 11618 Nacogdoches Road in San Antonio, Texas. The property includes 4 buildings totaling 34,500 SF. Stan Nowak, Andrew Alizzi, and Colten Courtney with Partners represented the seller, Harbor Capital, in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS buys 2.1 AC IOS in Fort Myers, FL. Alterra IOS has acquired 13401 Rickenbacker Parkway in Fort Myers, Florida. The property features 8,409 SF of building improvements and is fully leased. Chris White and Morgan Specht led the Alterra deal team. Adam Bornhorst and Derek Bornhorst with CBRE facilitated the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 2.34 AC IOS in Minneapolis metro area. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 3321 Mike Collins Drive in Eagan, Minnesota. The property features a 12,034 SF shop/office building. The new tenant is Minnehaha Transport. Myles Harnden, Hunter Weir, and Jack Perrill with CBRE represented the landlord, Jadian IOS, in the transaction.
