ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 58 acre IOS in Kansas City, MO. Alterra IOS has purchased 58 acres of Hunt Midwest Business Center. The portfolio is spread across 3 locations along Parvin Road and Arlington Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri. The sites are currently leased to Adrian Steel and Ford Motor Co. Joe Orschein of CBRE represented Alterra in the deal, while Austin Baier — also of CBRE — represented the seller, Hunt Midwest.

ACQUISITION: Matthews brokers sale of IOS in Maumville, AR for $1M. Matthews RE Investment Services has facilitated the sale of 601 Murphy Drive in Maumville, Arkansas. The 4.97 acre property includes a 7,000 SF warehouse and is currently leased to SiteOne Landscape Supply. The Matthews deal team included Taylor Dintzner, John Stroud, and Erik Manarino.

ACQUISITION: VCR Realty sells 1.68 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area. VCR Realty Group represented the seller in the disposition of 5237 John G Glover Court in Ellenwood, Georgia. The site features a 6,256 SF industrial building. The VCR Realty deal team of Jake Foss and John Cohen represented the seller. Nick Peacher and Andrew Ashmore of Stream Realty Partners represented the buyer.

LEASE SIGNED: First Houston leases 5.33 acre IOS in Houston, TX. First Houston Properties has facilitated the lease of 6409 Mesa Drive in Houston, Texas. The landlord is Houston Truck Repair, and the new tenant is Sweeping Corp of America. The property features a 5,000 SF industrial service facility. The First Houston deal team included James Mashni and Juan Fraga. Craig Bean and Carter Jones of Transwestern assisted with the deal.

LEASE SIGNED: Blau & Berg leases truck terminal in NJ for Brookfield. The Blau & Berg Co. represented Brookfield Properties in the leasing of 530 Duncan Avenue in Jersey City, New Jersey. The property includes a 19,440 SF building on 4.2 acres. The Blau & Berg deal team included Jason Crimmins, Alex Conte, and Peter J. Murano.
