ACQUISITION: Panther brokers sale of 4.01 acre IOS in San Antonio area. Panther Capital Group has facilitated the sale of 3610 Speedway Run in Von Ormy, Texas. The property features a 6,000 SF industrial building. Guillermo De Nicolas and Tallie Washington with Panther represented the buyer, Outour Storage Investments, in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 4.2 acre IOS in Los Angeles metro area. Realterm has acquired 8542 Slauson Avenue in Pico Rivera, California. The property includes a 24,679 SF warehouse building with office space and is currently leased by Home Depot. The Realterm deal team included Stephen Panos, Blair Duncan Jr., Richard Seybolt, Christina Chan, Stephen Lanza, Joe Noon, Brendan Coleman, and Garrett Kurtz.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells 4.93 acre IOS in San Antonio metro area. CBRE has facilitated the sale of 11670 Interstate 10 East in Converse, Texas. The property features a 16,100 SF truck terminal building. Andrew Price, Daniel Wall, and Braeden Bernstein with CBRE facilitated the court-appointed bankruptcy sale.

LEASE SIGNED: Pinnacle Realty leases 2.08 acre IOS in NYC. Pinnacle Realty of New York has facilitated the leasing of 90-01 23rd Avenue in East Elmhurst, New York. The property features an institutional-grade parking site close to LaGuardia Airport. David Junik, Decio Baio, and Fredric Stein with Pinnacle represented the landlord in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Lee & Associates leases 6.25 acre IOS in North Charleston, SC. Lee & Associates has facilitated the leasing of 6.25 acres at 2398 Aviation Avenue in North Charleston, South Carolina. Alex Whittemore and Jon-Michael Brock with Lee & Associates Charleston’s APEX Investment Property Group represented the tenant in the transaction.
