DB2RE brokers Texas IOS

ACQUISITION: DB2RE and MacLeod broker sale of 3.4 acre IOS in DFW. Davidson Bogel Real Estate (DB2RE) and MacLeod & Co. have facilitated the sale of 3450 Bethlehem Street in Fort Worth, Texas. The property consists of 5 buildings totaling 26,787 SF and is situated upon 3.4 acres of improved land with heavy industrial zoning. David Guinn at DB2RE and Chase MacLeod at MacLeod and Co. represented the seller. There were no other brokers involved in the transaction.

Panther sells Florida IOS

ACQUISITION: Panther sells 3.66 acre IOS in FL for $1.35M. Panther Capital Group has facilitated the sale of 405 Loomis Avenue in Daytona Beach, Florida. The property includes an 8,160 SF industrial building. The Panther deal team was led by Danielle Brennan.

TRUX buys Mississippi IOS

ACQUISITION: TRUX Parking buys 7 acre IOS in Memphis metro area. TRUX Parking has acquired 6860 State Line Road in Olive Branch, Mississippi, a suburb of Memphis, Tennessee. Located just south of the state border, the truck parking lot was previously operated by Pivot Parking.  The TRUX deal team was led by Alexander Hegner. Bret Marks, Albany Road RE Partners, and the law firm of Miller Lavoie assisted in the transaction.

Charles Hawkins leases Tennessee IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Charles Hawkins leases IOS in TN for Bay Street. Charles Hawkins Co. represented Bay Street Capital in the leasing of 470 Dick Buchanan Street in La Vergne, Tennessee, a Nashville suburb. The 15.41 acre property includes 2 maintenance facilities. The Charles Hawkins deal team included Kevin Irwin, Robert Stout, and McNeill Stout. Perry Wolcott and Joe Davis of L&A represented Meisler Trailer Rentals in leasing 9,100 SF on 7 acres. Sam Slaton and Gunnar Kohl of Lincoln Property Co. represented MGX Equipment Services in the leasing of the remaining 12,000 SF on 8.41 acres.

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 5.4 acre IOS in Northern VA. Colliers has facilitated a 5-year lease for 11518 Robertson Drive in Manassas, Virginia. Clay Ellis, Ben Luke, and Pat Molloy with Colliers represented the new tenant, MasTec Utility Services.
