NEWS ROUNDUP

DISPOSITION: Pinnacle sells small bay with side of IOS in Denver for $2.87M. Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors has facilitated the sale of 4571 Ivy Street in Denver, Colorado, for $2,867,500. The 0.85 acre property features a 15,500 SF small bay industrial building with yard space. Mark Alley with Pinnacle represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction. ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 10 acre IOS in Boston metro area. Jadian IOS has acquired 1069R and 1071-1073 Western Avenue in Lynn, Massachusetts. The property features 5 shop buildings totaling 31,430 SF. The Jadian deal team included John Grib, Alex Stahl, Killian O’Brien, and Daniel Schuchinsky.

DISPOSITION: Rich Young Co. sells 1.4 acre IOS in Dallas. Rich Young Co. has facilitated the sale of 2454 Glenda Lane in Dallas, Texas. The low-coverage property includes a 15,100 SF industrial building. Trevor Hunt and Brad Werner with Rich Young Co. represented the seller in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Criterion Group leases out 9.3 acre IOS in Delanco, NJ. Criterion Group has leased out 450-500 Creek Road in Delanco, New Jersey, to Carvana. The property includes 2 industrial buildings totaling 35,455 SF. Sean Duncan, Jason Barton, and Torsten Thaler with Cushman & Wakefield represented Criterion in the transaction.

PEOPLE MOVES: Steel Peak welcomes new Acquisitions Director. Kyler Watkins has joined the Steel Peak team as Acquisitions Director. Kyler’s previous experience includes roles with RAM Construction, Savills North America, and Voit Real Estate Services. In his new position, Kyler will focus on growing the Steel Peak portfolio across the Western US.
