ACQUISITION: Imperium & Meadow Partners buy IOS in FL for $3.7M. Imperium Capital and Meadow Partners have acquired 4750 Laredo Avenue in Fort Myers, Florida. The 4.29 acre property is currently leased to waterworks equipment supplier Core & Main. Imperium is led by Daniel Glaser, Sam Schneider, and Tom Mammolito. Meadow Partners’ leadership team includes Jeffrey Kaplan, Andrew McDaniel, and Tim Yantz.

ACQUISITION: Simi buys 3.2 acre IOS in Charlotte, NC for $2.8M. Simi Capital Group has acquired 3533 Robinson Circle in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property includes 6,000 SF of buildings. The Simi Capital deal team included J. Henry Katz and Samuel Schifman.

ACQUISITION: Steel Peak buys 1.69 acre IOS in SoCal for $3.75M. Steel Peak Properties has acquired 2213 Meyers Avenue in Escondido, California. The property includes an 8,000 SK industrial building. The Steel Peak deal team was led by Pasha Johnson and Blake Rodgers. Mike Erwin, Tucker Hohenstein, and Hank Jenkins with Colliers represented both Steel Peak and the seller, Act Property Acquisition Partners II LLC, in the deal.

LEASE SIGNED: L&A leases 8.82 acre IOS in Plant City, FL. Lee & Associates has brokered a 10-year lease for 4609 Lykes Road in Plant City, Florida. CJ Griffith with L&A represented the tenant, USA Storage Yards LLC. L&A’s Erika Thompson and Ed Killmer represented the landlord, Graham Capital.

TRUCK PARKING: We Realize Inc. and StoreMyTruck.com announce pending merger. The combined entity would be the largest truck parking operator in the world with 84 sites across the sunbelt. CEO’s Cody Horchak with We Realize and Keith Cristal with StoreMyTruck made the announcement to over 350 IOS pros at the recent NAIOS Summit in Atlanta. The duo plans to grow the truck parking portfolio to 200 sites by year end.
