NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: CBRE brokers 2.35 acre IOS in San Diego, CA. CBRE facilitated the sale of 0 Innovative Drive in San Diego, California. The transaction price was $3,873,355. CBRE’s Ramin Salehi represented the buyer, Aztec Landscaping/Vista Santo Domingo LLC. Mark Lewkowitz of Colliers represented the seller.
ACQUISITION: Commercial Partners brokers IOS in Pinellas Park, FL. Jeff Clapacs of Commercial Partners Realty represented the buyer in the sale of 11880 34th Street North in Pinellas Park, Florida. The property is comprised of 2 parcels for a total of 11.83 acres with a 2,424 SF building. The buyer was Waste Pro of Florida. The seller was AAA Service Co., represented by Cherie Tedesco-Gamble of Keller Williams.
DISPOSITION: CBRE to sell remaining Yellow Corp. terminals. A Delaware bankruptcy court has ruled that Yellow Corp. can retain CBRE to sell its remaining locations. This includes 46 owned and 70 leased terminals. So far, Yellow’s estate has generated $2 billion in proceeds from the sale of more than 160 properties.
DEVELOPMENT: Macritchie buys 15 acres to develop IOS facility in AZ. The Macritchie Group has acquired 9603 East Rita Commerce Drive in Tucson, Arizona, for $1,945,518. The company plans to develop the property into a multi-tenant IOS facility for contractor yard use. The seller, an affiliate of Diamond Ventures, was represented by Jesse Blum and Paul Hooker of Cushman & Wakefield. Sam Rutledge with Commercial Properties represented Macritchie in the sale. Jesse and Paul’s commission from the sale was donated to the estate of the late Ron Zimmerman of C&W, who originally listed the property in 2022. Bravo.
