Lober sells Florida IOS

ACQUISITION: Lober sells 2.05 acre IOS in Clearwater, FL. Lober Real Estate has brokered the sale of 12990 34th Street North in Clearwater, Florida. The property includes a 12,000 SF industrial service facility and truck maintenance shop. The Lober deal team included Robbie Lober and Devin Beeler.

Sawtooth and AT buy Idaho IOS

ACQUISITION: Sawtooth & AT buy 6 acre IOS in Boise, ID. Sawtooth Develepment Group and AT Industrial Co. have acquired 6633 South Federal Way in Boise, Idaho. The property includes several buildings totaling 39,162 SF. The Sawtooth deal team was led by Brian Mitchell. Jack Cosca, John Starr, and Patrick Chetwood with Colliers brokered the sale.

Colliers leases California IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 1.5 acre IOS in San Diego, CA. Colliers has brokered the lease of 10325 Roselle Street in San Diego, California. The IOS yard is fully-paved. The Colliers team of Evan McDonald and Kurtis Blanchard represented the landlord in the deal and secured a credit tenant.

Prologis to develop New Jersey EV terminal

DEVELOPMENT: Prologis to develop EV charging facility in Newark, NJ. Prologis secured approval for a 4.9 acre EV charging facility at 567-589 Wilson Avenue in Newark, New Jersey. The facility will provide chargers for commercial trucks to Prologis Mobility customers. The site will include 78 spaces for charging truck cabs and 22 spaces with room for trailers. The Prologis Mobility team is led by Henrik Holland.

DEVELOPMENT: Evergreen to build small bay park with IOS in AZ. Evergreen Devco will raze an office building at its newly-acquired site at 2530 West Campus Drive and 2727 South 48th Street in Tempe, Arizona. In its place, the site will feature 1.5 acres of IOS yard plus 2 small bay industrial buildings totaling 171,000 SF. The Evergreen team includes Brian Dietz.
