Citywide brokers AZ site

ACQUISITION: Citywide sells 9.17 acre low coverage site in Tempe, AZ for $27.5M. Citywide Commercial RE has brokered the sale of 1345 South 52nd Street in Tempe, Arizona. The property features a 112,300 SF logistics hub. Citywide’s Todd Hamilton and Entre Commercial Realty’s Denise Chaimovitz represented the buyers, Setna iO. Mike Haenel, Andy Markham, and Phil Haenel of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, LBA Logistics.

Matador sells TX IOS

DISPOSITION: Matador sells 10 acre IOS in Pleasanton, TX. Matador Realty has sold 10616 Highway 97 in Pleasanton, Texas. The IOS property includes a 14,942 SF building. The Matador team is led by CEO Jeremy Mercer.

Colliers leases CA IOS

LEASE SIGNED: Colliers leases 4.5 acre IOS in San Diego Co., CA. A Colliers deal team that included Kurtis Blanchard, Mark Lewkowitz, and Evan McDonald represented the landlord in the leasing of 805 - 811 Energy Way in Chula Vista, California, a San Diego suburb. The site features 12,013 SF of indoor space. The new tenant is Kardona Auto Auction.

FINANCING: Associated Bank refinances $2.2M loan for Chicago IOS. Associated Bank has completed a $2.2 million term loan for The Missner Group to refinance 4333 Transworld Road in Schiller Peak, Illinois, near Chicago O’Hare Intl. Airport. The 3.03 acre property features a 16,562 SF industrial building and was purchased by The Missner Group in February 2023. The loan was originated by Daniel Barrins of Associated Bank’s Commercial RE Division.
