DISPOSITION: Rein & Grossoehme sells 1.6 acre IOS in Phoenix for $4.1M. The Sheehan | Schumacher Industrial Team of Rein & Grossoehme has facilitated the sale of 1912 West Parkside Lane in Phoenix, Arizona. The low-coverage property features a 10,160 SF industrial building. Jack Hansen, Max Schumacher, and Patrick Sheehan with R&G represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Outpost buys 18.3 acre IOS in Portland, OR. Outpost has acquired 110 North Marine Drive in Portland, Oregon. The acquisition is the company’s first truck terminal in the Pacific Northwest and features more than 34,000 SF of truck maintenance and office space. The Outpost deal team included Robert Brandt and Chenying Zhao.

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 1.8 acre IOS in Brooklyn, NY. Jadian IOS has acquired 651 Fountain Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. The property features a 4,200 SF maintenance shop and office. The Jadian deal team included Alex Stahl, John Grib, Killian O’Brien, and Daniel Schuchinsky.

DISPOSITION: Bennett sells 2.3 acre IOS in Hartford, CT metro area. Bennett Realty & Development has facilitated the sale of 166 Colonial Road in Manchester, Connecticut. The low-coverage property includes a 13,800 SF industrial building plus 2 canopies. Steve Garthwaite with Bennett represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction and also facilitated a long-term lease for the property shortly after closing.

LEASE SIGNED: Matthews leases 5 acre IOS in Dallas-Ft. Worth metro area. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has facilitated the leasing of 10615 Fishtrap Road in Aubrey, Texas. The property features an 8,000 SF service facility. Andrew Wiesemann and Griffin Pitcher with Matthews represented the landlord in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Warehouse Hotline leases 1.5 acre IOS in Denver area. Warehouse Hotline has facilitated the leasing of 690 Ventura Street in Aurora, Colorado. The fully fenced property is located just 15 minutes from Denver Intl. Airport. Aviva Sonenreich and Josh Oakley with Warehouse Hotline, along with Dallas Landry with LC Real Estate Group, represented the landlord in the transaction.
