DISPOSITION: CenterPoint Properties sells 12 AC IOS in Miami for $51M. CenterPoint Properties has sold 17707 Northwest Miami Court in Miami Gardens, Florida. The buyer was Waterway Trails Inc., an affiliate of Waste Connections. The property features a 3,936 SF maintenance building. Jim Clewlow led the CenterPoint deal team. The Waste Connections team was led by Ronald Mittelstaedt.

DISPOSITION: Colliers sells 3.7 AC IOS portfolio in Denver for $4.2M. Colliers has facilitated the sale of a portfolio of 11 IOS parcels boundaried by Cook Street, East 53rd Avenue, Adams Street, and East 54th Avenue in Denver, Colorado. The portfolio includes 3 buildings totaling 18,788 SF. Audrey Wilson, Kristjan Danis, and Matthew Marcus with Colliers represented the seller in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: MPV Properties sells 5.26 AC IOS in Orlando metro area. MPV Properties has facilitated the sale of 4320 and 4350 Dow Road in Melbourne, Florida. The property features a newly constructed industrial building and has been recently leased to Sunbelt Rentals. The MPV Properties deal team included Josh Suggs, Brad Murr, Chad Pyke, and Ferris Israel Edwards.

DISPOSITION: Industrial Storage Brokers sells 2.3 AC IOS in Houston for $2.9M. Industrial Storage Brokers (ISB) has facilitated the sale of 12235 Robin Boulevard in Houston, Texas. The low-coverage property includes an 18,800 SF warehouse. Charlie Keeney, James Blanda, and Jessica Hoffman led the ISB deal team in the off-market sale-leaseback deal.

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 1.7 AC IOS in Austin, TX, metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 16809 Radholme Court in Round Rock, Texas. The low-coverage property features 18,155 SF of industrial improvements. Gavin Weaver, Liz Scott, and Bo Ricks led the Alterra deal team. Ty Walsh with Dosch Marshall Real Estate facilitated the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: SqFt Commercial leases 4 AC IOS in Cincinnati area. SqFt Commercial has facilitated the leasing of 2975 Symmes Road in Fairfield, Ohio. The property features a 10,500 SF industrial service facility. The SqFt deal team included Rod MacEachen, Roddy MacEachen, Jared Wagoner, Amy Castaneda, and Sarah Kern.
