ACQUISITION: Transport Properties buys 20 AC IOS in Nashville. Transport Properties has acquired 131 West Express Drive in Nashville, Tennessee. The property includes a 3,600 SF building. The seller was Imperium Capital affiliate IG Logistics, led by Daniel Glaser. Timothy McCahill led the Transport Properties deal team. Nick Murphy with Eastdil Secured facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Colliers sells 6.58 AC IOS in North Charleston, SC. Colliers has facilitated the sale of 3265 Associate Drive in North Charleston, South Carolina. The property features a 13,000 SF industrial building. The buyer plans to clear and stabilize additional IOS space, as well as implementing upgrades and improving access to the site. Alex Whittemore, Jon-Michael Brock, and Katya Mitro led the Colliers deal team.

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 4.4 AC IOS in Fort Myers, FL. Alterra IOS has acquired 16751 Old US-41 in Fort Myers, Florida. The property features 6,974 SF of industrial buildings and is the company’s 2nd acquisition in the Fort Myers metro area. Chris White and Morgan Specht led the Alterra deal team. Jeff Buckler with Lee & Associates facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Lee & Associates brokers sale of 1.81 AC IOS in Inland Empire. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 10397-10409 Alder Avenue in Bloomington, California. The property includes an 8,250 SF industrial facility. Steffan Morris and Bobby Martinez with Lee & Associates represented the buyer in the transaction. Don Archer with NAI Capital Commercial represented the seller.

LEASE SIGNED: Blau & Berg Co. leases 10.36 AC IOS in Newark, NJ. The Blau & Berg Co. has facilitated the leasing of 10.36 AC of IOS at 104 Foundry Street in Newark, New Jersey. The tenant is Hertz. A divisible 9 AC remain available for lease at the site. Jason Crimmins and Kenneth Crimmins with Blau & Berg represented the landlord in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 4 AC IOS in Birmingham, AL, metro area. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 525 Legacy Boulevard in Eastaboga, Alabama. The property features a 9,000 SF industrial building. Hunter Weir and Myles Harnden with CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction with assistance from Philip Yost and Jack Perrill.
