DISPOSITION: MacLeod & Co. sells 15.32 acre Inland Empire IOS for $51M. MacLeod & Co has brokered the sale leaseback of 5600 Market Street in Jurupa Valley, California. The property features a 25,910 SF maintenance facility. The buyer was Alterra Property Group. The MacLeod & Co. deal team of Chase MacLeod and Ethan Flor represented the seller and was the only broker involved in the transaction. The Alterra deal team included Matt McNutt, Morgan Specht, Leo Addimando, Matthew Pfeiffer, Scott Whittle, and Jennifer Wunder.

ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 2 acre IOS in Charlotte, NC. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 8100 England Street in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property includes a 14,300 SF service facility and is currently 100% leased. The Catalyst deal team was led by Von Hobe and Brandon Johnson.

DISPOSITION: NAI Robert Lynn brokers sale of 5 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. NAI Robert Lynn has facilitated the sale of 13181 Harmon Road in Fort Worth, Texas. The property features a 33,784 SF warehouse. Jeff Jackson with NAI Robert Lynn represented the seller in the transaction.

FUNDING: BEB Capital provides $4.9M loan for IOS in South Brunswick, NJ. BEB Capital’s BEB Credit Opportunity Fund LP has provided a $4.9 million loan for the acquisition of 575 Ridge Road in South Brunswick, New Jersey. The 2.9 acre property features a 4,000 SF maintenance facility. The BEB deal team was led by Sean Silverbrook.

PEOPLE MOVES: Vanbarton hires Director of IOS. Vanbarton Group has hired Eitan Gerszberg as new Director of IOS. Eitan previously served as an Associate with Zenith IOS.
