NEWS ROUNDUP

DISPOSITION: Kenai Capital sells 9.98 acre IOS in Denver to Alterra. Kenai Capital Advisors has facilitated the sale of 2001 West 64th Lane in Denver, Colorado. The property features a 26,950 SF industrial service facility, and the buyer was Alterra IOS. Garrett Neustrom, Abby McPherson, and Jules Sherwood with Kenai Capital represented the seller in the transaction. Parker Pearson led the Alterra IOS deal team.

ACQUISITION: EML Realty Partners buys 8 acre IOS in Fort Pierce, FL for $3.2M. EML Realty Partners has acquired 8456 Orange Avenue in Fort Pierce, Florida. The property is currently occupied by The CDL Schools and Park My Fleet. Eric Levitt led the EML Realty Partners deal team in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Corepoint sells 2.26 acre IOS in Fort Myers, FL for $1.7M. Corepoint Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 18251 North Tamiami Trail in Fort Myers, Florida. The low-coverage property includes a 7,916 SF warehouse. Daniel Levin and Marc Smouha led the Corepoint Real Estate deal team in the transaction and were the only brokers involved.

ACQUISITION: Colliers brokers sale of low-coverage property in Charlotte, NC. Colliers has facilitated the sale of 4330 Chesapeake Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina. The property features an 89,683 SF industrial building on 7.3 acres. Rob Speir and Gregory Gosselin with Colliers represented the buyer in the transaction and are currently marketing the property for lease.

ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 4.2 acre site with IOS in Allentown, PA. Realterm has acquired 925 North Godfrey Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The property features a 27,407 SF warehouse plus 36 acres of dedicated outdoor storage space. The Realterm deal team included Arnie Capute, Stephen Panos, Richard Seybolt, Christina Chan, Elizabeth Runge Lenau, Olivia Washburn, Joe Noon, Benjamin King, and Hugh McLaughlin. Ryan Cottone and John Plower with JLL represented the seller in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: First Houston leases 7.7 acre IOS in Laredo, TX. First Houston Properties Inc. has facilitated the leasing of 8900 San Gabriel Drive in Laredo, Texas. The property features a 41,280 SF crossdock facility on 7.7 paved acres and is owned by Jadian IOS. Juan Fraga and Edgar Lee led the First Houston deal team in the transaction.
