NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Clear Height/Blackbird JV acquires 4 acre IOS in Chicagoland. A joint venture (JV) between Clear Height Properties and Blackbird Investment Group has acquired 2945 Shermer Road in Northbrook, Illinois. The property features a 32,000 SF drive-thru industrial service facility and is fully leased. The Clear Height deal team included Robin Stolberg and Guy Hananya. Blackbird is led by Greg Adler and Todd Vender.
ACQUISITION: Matthews sells 10.37 acre IOS in Dallas, TX. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has facilitated the sale of 4316 Langdon Road in Dallas, Texas. The all-cash buyer intends to develop the site into an IOS facility. Murphy Sloan and Andrew Wiesemann with Matthews were the only brokers involved in the transaction.
ACQUISITION: Outpost buys 10 acre IOS in Savannah, GA. Outpost has continued its Southeast expansion with the acquisition of 116 Gulfstream Road in Savannah, Georgia. The property will be Outpost’s first location in Georgia. The Outpost deal team was led by Josh Neill. Sebastian Findlay with Colliers represented Outpost in the transaction. GreenPoint Partners assisted in the sale.
ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 9.25 acre IOS near Eindhoven, Netherlands. Realterm has added to its European portfolio with the acquisition of Meerheide 15 in Eersel, Netherlands. The Eindhoven area, where the site is located, is a major European technology hub. The property features a cross-dock facility and maintenance shop totaling 68,685 SF. The Realterm deal team included Marieke de Jong, Balazs Lados, Robin van der Sluis, and Piet van de Ven.
LEASE SIGNED: Open Industrial leases 3.6 acre IOS in the Raleigh, NC area. Open Industrial has completed a long-term lease expansion for 1413 Mechanical Boulevard in Garner, North Carolina, with United Rentals. The property features a 1,789 SF industrial building. The Open Industrial deal team included Jared Okun, Joshua Gurland, and Michael Hutton.
