NEWS ROUNDUP
ACQUISITION: Steel Peak buys 1.2 acre IOS in San Diego, CA for $2.62M. Steel Peak has acquired 6975 Camino Maquiladora in San Diego, California. The property features a 6,226 SF warehouse and is Steel Peak’s 5th IOS purchase since its launch in January 2024. The Steel Peak deal team included Blake Rodgers and Pasha Johnson.
ACQUISITION: Realterm buys 10.4 acre truck terminal in Greensboro, NC. Realterm has acquired 8814 West Market Street in Greensboro, North Carolina. The property features a 66-door truck terminal totaling 22,990 SF, along with 3,250 SF of office space. The Realterm deal team included Ed Brickley and Arnie Capute. Chris Loyd and Christopher Skibinski with Avison Young facilitated the transaction and represented the seller.
ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 3.44 acre IOS in Atlanta, GA metro area. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 5035 Highway 42 in Ellenwood, Georgia. The property features a 3,500 SF service facility. The Catalyst deal team was led by Patrick Mullen and Brandon Johnson. Ryan Swartzberg with Swartz Co. Commercial Real Estate assisted in the transaction.
ACQUISITION: Lober brokers 8.39 acre IOS in Tampa, FL. Lober Real Estate has facilitated the sale of 7812 Causeway Boulevard in Tampa, Florida. The property features a 3,000 SF warehouse. The Lober deal team of Devin Beeler, Robbie Lober, and Alec Seow represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
LEASE SIGNED: Stubblebine leases 4.81 acre IOS in Seekonk, MA for Alterra. The Stubbebine Co. has leased 45 Industrial Court in Seekonk, Massachusetts. The property includes 2 buildings totaling 10,788 SF. The new tenant, Equipment Share, has signed a 5-year lease. The Stubblebine deal team of Matty Drouillard and James Stubblebine represented the owner, Alterra Property Group.
