NEWS ROUNDUP

DISPOSITION: NewFront Properties sells 1 acre IOS in Los Angeles for $7.6M. NewFront Properties has sold 1248 Alameda Street in Wilmington, California. The property features a truck yard that the company acquired in 2024 for $4M. Evangelo Karantonis led the NewFront deal team. Larry Carlton, Kyle Degener, and Amanda DePierro with Colliers represented NewFront in the transaction, while Mark Gleason with The McCabe Co. represented the buyer.

ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 4.1 acre IOS in Northern Virginia. Jadian IOS has acquired 10564 Redoubt Road in Manassas, Virginia. The property features a 7,200 SF industrial building. The Jadian deal team included Matt Perlmutter, Alex Stahl, Daniel Schuchinsky, and Sara Swift.

DISPOSITION: Virtue brokers sale of 3.17 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. Virtue Real Estate Partners has facilitated the sale of 2725 Prestige Road in Fort Worth, Texas. The property features a 7,500 SF service facility. The Virtue deal team included Luke Hoyl, Alex Hoyl, Blake Ransom, and TJ Giselbach.

ACQUISITION: L&A brokers sale of 5.28 acre IOS in Savannah, GA, to Dalfen. Lee & Associates has facilitated the sale of 110 Jim Benton Court in Savannah, Georgia. Lee Steed with Lee & Associates represented the buyer, Dalfen Industrial, in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: CBRE sells 3.8 acres of industrial land in North Las Vegas, NV. CBRE has facilitated the sale of 3.8 acres of land with IOS potential along Grand Valley Parkway in Apex, North Las Vegas, Nevada. Lauren Willmore, Alex Stanisic, Kyle Kirchmeier, Mike Willmore, and Dean Willmore with CBRE’s Willmore Industrial Team represented the seller in the transaction. Luke Ramous with MDL Group also assisted in the deal.
PEOPLE MOVES: Corepoint Real Estate welcomes new IOS pro. Abe Smouha has joined the Corepoint Real Estate team. Abe will be specializing in off-market IOS and small bay industrial investment sales throughout the Southeast and up the Eastern Seaboard. His previous experience includes roles with RJB Real Estate and The Abeco Organization.
