ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 32.48 acre IOS in Charleston, SC. Alterra IOS has acquired 2398 Fain Street in Charleston, South Carolina. The property is rail-served and offers immediate proximity to Charleston Intl. Airport. The Alterra deal team was led by Charlie Totten and Sean Christman. Reid Davis with Lee & Associates facilitated the sale.
ACQUISITION: Legacy buys 5.24 acres in St. Petersburg, FL for $4.975M. Legacy Capital Partners has acquired 4001-4055 35th Street in St. Petersburg, Florida. The property features 3 warehouse buildings totaling 62,335 SF, along with 0.5 acres of IOS space. The Legacy deal team was led by Jack Slater and Jack McCunn. ACQUISITION: National IOS buys 21.6 acres in Dallas-Fort Worth area. IOS developer National IOS has acquired 8729 East US-67 in Alvarado, Texas. The property features 630’ of highway frontage. The National IOS deal team was led by Justin Toon and Easton Turner.
ACQUISITION: IOV buys 4.94 acre IOS in Denver, CO. Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV) has acquired 3750 Nome Street in Denver, Colorado. The property features 31,116 SF of warehouse and office space. The IOV deal team included Tom Barbera, Nick Firth, Eric Johnson, Benjamin Backer, Anthony DeLaurentis, Mike Rotolo, Raymond Keeler, and Tina Torossian. Sam Dragan and Mike Camp with CBRE represented both parties in the transaction and are marketing the property for lease.
LEASE SIGNED: BRC’s MIG leases 3 acres of IOS in Jersey City, NJ. The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has facilitated the leasing of 3 acres at 150 Pacific Avenue in Jersey City, New Jersey. MIG represented the landlord, Neu Holdings Corp., in the transaction. MIG is currently marketing an additional 2 acres of IOS, as well as 176,132 SF of warehouse space, at the property. The MIG deal team included Jordan Metz, Ben Abbate, and James Friel.
