ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 14.34 acre IOS in Whitman, MA for $4.3M. Alterra Property Group has acquired 215 Bedford Street in Whitman, Massachusetts. The property includes a 23,255 SF warehouse and 4.8 paved acres of IOS. The Alterra deal team included Sean Christman and Mark Gannon. Matty Drouillard and James Stubblebine with The Stubblebine Co. facilitated the transaction and are marketing the property for lease.
ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 1.85 acre IOS in North Charleston, SC. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 3537 Dorchester Road in North Charleston, South Carolina. The property features a 17,800 SF service facility. The Catalyst deal team was led by Brandon Johnson. Tradd Varner with Harbor Commercial Partners assisted with the sale.
DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells 2.17 acre IOS in the Boise metro area. Lee & Associates Idaho has facilitated the sale of 20249 Pinto Road in Caldwell, Idaho. The property includes a total of 3,346 SF of indoor space. The buyer was Aspen Canyon Properties LLC. The L&A deal team included Nick Provenzano, Jason O’Very, and Michael Bergmann.
DISPOSITION: Matthews brokers sale of 14.24 acre IOS in Johnstown, OH. Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has facilitated the sale of 7658 Johnstown-Alexandria Road in Johnstown, Ohio. The property features a 10,000 SF building and is currently tenanted by Sunbelt Rentals. The Matthews deal team included Pablo Garcia Olalla and Matt Kovesdy.
LEASE SIGNED: FWI leases 6 acre IOS in Kansas City, MO. Fischer Weiler Industrial has facilitated the leasing of 4950 Stilwell Road in Kansas City, Missouri. The property includes a 20,000 SF drive-in maintenance facility. FWI represented the landlord, Triten Real Estate Partners, in the deal. The FWI team included Andrew Fischer and Henry Weiler. The Triten deal team included Charles Hall, Zach Dobin, and Scott Arnoldy Jr.
