NEWS ROUNDUP
DISPOSITION: Colliers sells 31.62 acre IOS in Houston, TX. Colliers has brokered the sale of 5308 Oates Road in Houston, Texas. The property features 23,000 SF of warehouse space. The Colliers deal team of Paul Dominique, Brad Beauchamp, and Jon Lindenberger represented the seller, OFS Global Holdings, in the deal.
ACQUISITION: Hillstone Advantage buys 3.64 acre IOS in Rockledge, FL. Hillstone Advantage Partners has acquired 222 Yellow Place in Rockledge, Florida. The property features an 8,550 SF warehouse with a 4,995 SF cross-dock facility and has been leased to a national grocer. The Hillstone deal team included Patrick Sullivan and Jacob Hill.
ACQUISITION: Zenith IOS buys 5.18 acre IOS in Tampa, FL for $5.3M. Zenith IOS has acquired 211 Pride Road in Tampa, Florida. The property features an 11,231 SF industrial building. The Zenith deal team included Vinh Thai, Peter Cannon, and Judah Strulowitz. David Warren and Marc Smouha with KSR, as well as Jason Sullivan with Colliers, represented the sellers.
ACQUISITION: Open Industrial buys 6.2 acre IOS in Charlotte metro area. Open Industrial has acquired 1710 Pacolet Court in Gastonia, North Carolina. The property features a 13,700 SF warehouse and is currently leased to Powerhouse Boiler Equipment. The Open Industrial deal team was led by Rob Foa.
LEASE SIGNED: BRC’s MIG leases 1 acre IOS in Linden, NJ. The Metz Industrial Group (MIG) of Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) has facilitated the lease renewal of 3401 Tremley Point Road, Building D in Linden, New Jersey. The property features an 8,000 SF warehouse and 1 acre of IOS and parking. The MIG deal team, which included Jordan Metz, Ben Abbate, and James Friel, represented the landlord, 5GJM LLC. Sitar Realty represented the tenant, PK Mechanical Services.
