ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 5.8 acre IOS in Miami, FL for $16.025M. Jadian IOS has acquired 2900 Northwest 39th Street in Miami, Florida. The property features 3 service facilities for a total of 22,177 SF. The Jadian deal team included Alex Stahl, Kees t’Sas, John Grib, and Daniel Schuchinsky. George Smith and Seth Woods with Smith Commercial Property Group facilitated the transaction.

DISPOSITION: VCR Realty sells 3.26 acre IOS in Atlanta, GA metro area. VCR Realty Group has facilitated the sale of 7365 Maddox Road in Lithonia, Georgia. The property features a 5,500 SF industrial building. VCR’s Jake Foss and John Cohen represented the seller in the transaction. Tommy Watkins with Hailey Realty represented the buyer.

ACQUISITION: Axiom facilitates $2.5M sale of 1 acre IOS in Boca Raton, FL. Axiom Capital repped the buyer in the sale of 2631 Northwest 1st Avenue in Boca Raton, Florida. The buyer intends to convert the property into a truck dealership. The Axiom deal team was led by Noah Ohayon.

ACQUISITION: Matthews brokers sale of 10.37 acres in Dallas, TX. Matthews Real Estate investment Services has facilitated the sale of 4316 Langdon Road in Dallas, Texas. The property includes 6.5 usable acres of IOS. Murphy Sloan and Andrew Wiesemann with Matthews were the only brokers involved in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: OMP sells 11 acre IOS in Salt Lake City, UT. Overton Moore Properties (OMP) has sold 850 North 2200 West in Salt Lake City, Utah. The property is currently 100% leased to 2 tenants: ARB Parking and Avis Car Rental. OMP’s partner for the project was Invesco Real Estate. Tom Dischmann with CBRE represented OMP in the transaction. OMP is led by Timur Tecimer, Pete Cassiano, and Stanley Moore.
