ACQUISITION: Dalfen buys 2 IOS properties totaling 16.23 acres in Dallas. Dalfen Industrial has acquired 9773 Harry Hines Boulevard and 2959 Irving Boulevard in Dallas, Texas. The 2-pack of properties features 48,007 SF of industrial improvements. John Lettieri, Eli Ray, and Baron Stanton led the Dalfen deal team. Chris Wong with Bradford Commercial facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 12.81 acre IOS 2-pack in Houston, TX and Tulsa, OK. Alterra IOS has acquired 14925 South Main Street in Houston, Texas, and 9477 Ridgeway Street in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The portfolio features a total of 52,393 SF of industrial buildings on 12.81 usable acres. Gavin Weaver led the Alterra deal team. Luke Hoyl and TJ Giselbach with Virtue Real Estate Partners facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Jadian buys 7.66 acre property with IOS in Tampa for $6.35M. Jadian IOS has acquired 6920 Asphalt Avenue in Tampa, Florida. The property features 3.7 usable acres and 3 buildings totaling 24,505 SF. The seller was Pepper Contracting Services Inc. Santiago Acevedo and Rich DeGirolamo with Compass facilitated the off-market transaction.

DISPOSITION: Gold and Co. sells 2.2 acre IOS in Baltimore for $3.95M. Gold and Company has facilitated the sale of 240 South Kresson Street in Baltimore, Maryland. The property features a 10,000 SF maintenance facility and is currently leased to Apple Valley Waste. Jim Chivers, Will McCullough, and John Roe led the Gold and Co. deal team.

DISPOSITION: Lee & Associates sells 1.6 acre IOS in Fort Myers, FL. Lee & Associates has brokered the sale of 2740 Katherine Street in Fort Myers, Florida. The property features a 3,968 SF industrial building and rail-spur access. Jeff Buckler and Zachary Buckler with Lee & Associates represented the seller in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: NAI Puget Sound Properties leases 5 acre IOS in Tacoma, WA. NAI Puget Sound Properties has represented the tenant in the leasing of 1754 Thorne Road in Tacoma, Washington. The property features 2 Quonset huts, a 1,047 SF modular office building, and 13,087 SF of warehouse space. Will Schmidt and Al Robertson led the NAI Puget Sound Properties deal team.
