Jadian buys Reno IOS

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 6.2 AC industrial service facility in Reno, NV. Jadian IOS has acquired 3705 Barron Way in Reno, Nevada. The property features an 8,500 shop/warehouse building and an 8,000 SF 2-story office building. The Jadian deal team included Kees t’Sas, Alex Stahl, Zachary Friedman, and Daniel Schuchinsky. Kevin Annis and Michael Van Blaricom with ArchCrest Commercial Partners represented the seller in the transaction.

GRP buys Largo IOS

ACQUISITION: Greenspring Realty Partners buys 2.14 AC IOS in Largo, FL. Greenspring Realty Partners (GRP) has acquired 1625 Starkey Road in Largo, Florida. The property includes 9,000 SF of industrial improvements. Daniel Flamholz led the GRP deal team and, along with Matt Jackson and Goral Khatta, is currently marketing the property for lease.

Catalyst buys Baltimore IOS

ACQUISITION: Catalyst Investment Partners buys 2.1 AC IOS in Baltimore. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 240 South Kresson Street in Baltimore, Maryland. The low-coverage property features a 9,600 SF service facility on 2.1 fully paved AC. Connor Brophy led the Catalyst deal team. Jim Chivers, Will McCullough, and John Roe with Gold & Co. facilitated the transaction.

Steel Peak buys Denver ISF

ACQUISITION: Steel Peak buys 2.06 acre industrial service facility in Denver. Steel Peak has acquired 4600 Monaco Street in Denver, Colorado. The property includes a 16,858 SF industrial building plus more than 1 AC of usable yard space. Spencer Mikles, Blake Rodgers, Pasha Johnson, and Aaron Gill led the Steel Peak deal team. Mike Viehmann with Newmark represented Steel Peak in the transaction and is currently marketing the property for lease.

Alterra buys RI IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 2.1 AC IOS in Providence, RI, metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 707 East Park Drive in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. The property features 2 buildings totaling 10,800 SF and is currently 100% leased. Sean Christman led the Alterra deal team. Matty Drouillard and Stephen Flynn with The Stubblebine Co. facilitated the transaction.

CBRE leases San Diego IOS

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 9.09 AC IOS in San Diego, CA. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of a fully graded and improved IOS yard at 1400 Heritage Road in the Otay Mesa submarket of San Diego, California. The landlord is Prologis. Ramin Salehi, James Hixson, and Rob Hixson with CBRE represented the tenant, Brownfield Auto Auction and Storage, in the transaction.
