Catalyst buys Charleston IOS

ACQUISITION: Catalyst buys 7 acre IOS in Charleston, SC for $5.9M. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 139 Hanniford Drive in Charleston, South Carolina. The property includes a warehouse, service facility, and office totaling 41,560 SF. The Catalyst deal team was led by Patrick Mullen and Brandon Johnson. Jon-Michael Brock and Alex Whittemore with Lee & Associates will be handling the leasing.

COARE acquires Tampa Bay IOS

ACQUISITION: COARE buys 1.6 acre IOS in Tampa Bay area. COARE Companies has acquired 11050 70th Avenue in Seminole, Florida. The property features a 5,240 SF warehouse and a 3,424 SF shop building. The COARE deal team included Stephen Barry and Hansel Rodriguez. Simon Bentolila and Steven Bentolila with Bento Property Group facilitated the deal. Bradley Hutton, David Hovis, and Patrick Kelly with Franklin Street are currently marketing the property for lease.

InLight buys Atlanta IOS

ACQUISITION: InLight buys 7.21 acre low-coverage site in Atlanta metro area. In a joint venture with institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, InLight Real Estate Partners has acquired 2370 Sullivan Road in College Park, Georgia. The property features 167,760 SF of warehouse space. The InLight deal team included David Burch, Jeff Berryhill, Logan Schroeder-Stephens, and Eric Sterneld. Douglas Biggs, Lewis Sloan, and Grant Cochran with Colliers facilitated the sale. Darren Ross and Harrison Marsteller, also of Colliers, are currently marketing the property for lease.

Cushman & Wakefield sells Inland Empire IOS

DISPOSITION: CushWake sells 2.13 acre site with IOS yard in Inland Empire. Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the all-cash sale of 10235 Bellegrave Avenue in Jurupa Valley, California. The property features a 21,645 SF industrial building that is 100% leased. The CushWake deal team was led by Nico Napolitano. He was the only broker involved in the transaction.

DarwinPW leases Chicago IOS

LEASE SIGNED: DarwinPW Realty leases 1.16 acre IOS in Chicago, IL. DarwinPW Realty has facilitated the leasing of 3965 West 41st Street in Chicago, Illinois. The property includes a 4,200 SF maintenance facility. Ali Nix and Marc Hale with DarwinPW represented the landlord, Pro Excavation Inc., in the transaction.
