ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 4.5 acre IOS in Tampa metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 5504 15th Street East in Bradenton, Florida. The property features a 13,390 SF flow-through warehouse. The Alterra deal team was led by Chris White. Robbie Lober, Devin Beeler, and Jason McCormick with Lober Real Estate facilitated the sale and are currently marketing the property for lease.

ACQUISITION: The Mills Group brokers sale of 4 acre IOS site in Unadilla, GA. The Mills Group KWGA has facilitated the sale of 1271 Pine Street in Unadilla, Georgia. The truck parking and IOS site is located behind a planned JP Travel Center at Exit 121 of I-75. Chuck Mills with The Mills Group represented the buyer, Parkland Truck Parking. Douglas Rex Yoder with The Summit Group represented the seller.

ACQUISITION: CanTex buys 8.7 acre IOS in Dallas metro area. CanTex has acquired 7321 East Kennedale Parkway in Arlington, Texas. The property includes a 16,000 SF industrial building. Alex Keeton with Stream Realty Partners is currently marketing the property for lease. The CanTex deal team included Jay Malhan.

LEASE SIGNED: CBRE leases 1.72 acre IOS in San Francisco Bay Area. CBRE has facilitated the leasing of 29588 Ruus Road in Hayward, California. The property features a 10,108 SF warehouse. Austin Hinder and Kevin Hatcher with CBRE represented both the landlord, Redco Development, and the tenant in the transaction. The Redco deal team was led by Chris and Jason Freise.
