ACQUISITION: Alignment buys 3.02 acre IOS in Phoenix metro area for $2.1M. Alignment Realty Capital has acquired 12473 North 92nd Drive in Peoria, Arizona, in an all-cash deal. The property is currently leased to SiteOne Landscape Supply. The Alignment deal team included Ben Sacks and Jake Gallagher. Stein Koss, Tom Louer, and Fenton Kelly with the Koss | Louer Team at Lee & Associates represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Blau & Berg brokers sale of 8 acre IOS in Elizabeth, NJ. The Blau & Berg Co. has brokered the sale of 349 1st Street in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The property includes a 30,253 SF high-bay bus garage, as well as a 13,340 SF office building. The property was formerly owned by Coach USA. Ashley Rosa, Tamara Blau, and Brad Jacobs with Blau & Berg represented the buyer, Yankee Line.

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 2.9 acre IOS in Pompano Beach, FL. Jadian IOS has acquired 1660 Southwest 13th Court in Pompano Beach, Florida. The property features an 18,987 SF warehouse. The Jadian deal team included Alex Stahl, Kees t’Sas, John Grib, and Daniel Schuchinsky. Jose Sasson and Roberto Susi with Axiom Capital Advisors represented Jadian and were the only brokers in the transaction.
