NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Zenith buys 9 AC IOS and manufacturing portfolio in Houston. Zenith has acquired 2442 Greens Road, 2437 Peyton Road, and 6410 F Langfield Road in Houston, Texas. The portfolio features 115,000 SF of crane-served buildings plus ample yard space. Vinh Thai and Peter Cannon led the Zenith deal team. Charlie Strauss, Lance Young, and Brooke Petzold with JLL facilitated the transaction. Travis Land with Partners is currently marketing the properties for lease.

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 4.1 AC IOS in Cincinnati, OH. Alterra IOS has acquired 898 East Crescentville Road in Cincinnati, Ohio. The property features 34,650 SF of industrial buildings. Parker Pearson and E. Liam Loftus led the Alterra deal team. Roddy MacEachen with SqFt Commercial facilitated the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Jadian IOS buys 3.9 AC IOS in DC metro area. Jadian IOS has acquired 10301 Southard Drive in Beltsville, Maryland. The property includes a 30,500 SF shop building with 1,800 SF of office space. Matt Perlmutter, Alex Stahl, and Daniel Schuchinsky led the Jadian deal team.

ACQUISITION: Catalyst Investment Partners buys 2 AC IOS in Boston metro. Catalyst Investment Partners has acquired 6 Spring Brook Road in Foxborough, Massachusetts. The low-coverage property includes a 6,240 SF service facility and was 100% leased at closing. Kyle Boera and Matthew Heaney led the Catalyst deal team.

LEASE SIGNED: SqFt Commercial leases 3.5 AC IOS in Cincinnati, OH. SqFt Commercial has facilitated the leasing of 5700 Este Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. The property features 4 buildings totaling 14,909 SF. Roddy MacEachen, Rod MacEachen, Jared Wagoner, Sarah Kern, Amy Castaneda, and Ryann Menne with SqFt represented the landlord in the transaction.
PEOPLE MOVES: Link Logistics pushes further into IOS with new position. Link Logistics has tapped Jack Hennessey to take on the newly created role of Senior Managing Director, Industrial Outdoor Storage. Jack will oversee Link Logistics’ growing IOS portfolio as the company continues to acquire properties in partnership with Transport Properties.
