ACQUISITION: Provident Partners Real Estate buys 8 AC IOS in Jacksonville, FL. Provident Partners Real Estate has acquired 10411 Alta Drive in Jacksonville, Florida. The low-coverage property features 3 warehouses totaling 45,000 SF. Ben Stewart and Scott Martin led the Provident Partners deal team in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Matthews brokers sale of 6.07 AC IOS in Colorado Springs, CO. Matthews has facilitated the sale of 7925 and 7985 Industry Road in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The property features a 24,000 SF industrial building and has been occupied by Lumen Technologies (formerly CenturyLink) since the 1980s. Jack Kuzio and Spencer Mason with Matthews represented the buyer, Alterra IOS, in the transaction. Nick Jurgens with Madison Commercial Properties represented the seller.

ACQUISITION: Alterra IOS buys 5 AC IOS in Spartanburg, SC. Alterra IOS has continued its buying streak with the acquisition of 800 Mount Pleasant Road in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The property features 14,500 SF of building improvements. Gavin Weaver and Liz Scott led the Alterra IOS deal team.

ACQUISITION: First Houston brokers sale of 2.08 AC IOS in Laredo, TX. First Houston Properties has facilitated the sale of 8210 San Gabriel Drive in Laredo, Texas. The property features 2 maintenance shop buildings totaling 14,146 SF. Juan Fraga and Edgar Lee with First Houston represented the buyer, Industrial Outdoor Ventures, in the transaction.

LEASE SIGNED: Voit RE Services leases 6.25 AC IOS in Inland Empire of CA. Voit Real Estate Services has facilitated the leasing of 32,700 SF of industrial space on 6.25 AC at 9292 9th Street in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The rental rate was $0.29/LSF gross. Juan Gutierrez, Shy Assar, Ian Ozimec, and Braden Sprenger with Voit represented the landlord, Secard Pool, in the transaction. Nick Moscicki and Joey Reaume with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant.
