ACQUISITION: Imperium/Meadow Partners JV buys ISF in Dallas, TX. A JV between Imperium Capital and Meadow Partners has acquired 9727 Clifford Drive in Dallas, Texas. The 5.44 acre property features a 36,830 SF industrial service facility and is currently leased to Motor Coach Industries Intl. The seller was GBP Properties. The Imperium deal team included Daniel Glaser, Sam Schneider, and Tom Mammolito.
ACQUISITION: Panther brokers 4.89 acre IOS in Laredo, TX. Panther Capital Group has successfully facilitated the sale of 8301 – 8319 San Dario Avenue in Laredo, Texas. The site includes a 4,000 SF repair shop and office. Bang Realty assisted in the sale. The Panther deal team was led by Hector Delgado.
ACQUISITION: M&M’s DIG Industrial brokers 0.46 acre IOS in SoCal. The DIG Industrial team of Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of 4530 North Webster Avenue in Perris, California, a suburb of Riverside. The property features 1,248 SF of indoor space. The seller was Four Brothers Investments. Christian Desnoes of the DIG Industrial team represented the buyer, while Spencer Kerrigan and Mark Caston of Voit RE Services represented the seller.
LEASE SIGNED: Axiom brokers lease of 2 acre IOS in Dania Beach, FL. Axiom Capital Advisors has facilitated the lease of an industrial property located on Northeast 7th Avenue in Dania Beach, Florida, adjacent to the junction of I-595 and US-1. At $6 per SF, the deal has broken the record for PSF in the Port Everglades market. The new tenant is Titan Aviation. The Axiom deal team included Noah Ohayon, Elad Barokas, and Eli Sasson Bril.
