ACQUISITION: Triten buys low-coverage facility in Houston, TX. Triten RE Partners has acquired 8850 Telephone Road in South Houston, Texas. The fully-leased property features a 57,360 SF warehouse and 8 acres of stabilized IOS yard. The Triten deal team included Will Hedges and Keith Gabrielson. David Munson and Garrett Thomas at Cushman & Wakefield assisted in the sale.

ACQUISITION: CBRE brokers 4.54 acre IOS in Phoenix, AZ for $7.3M. Serena Wedlich of CBRE has brokered the sale of 1725 East Broadway Road in Phoenix, Arizona. The site features a 27,280 SF warehouse building. CBRE represented the buyer, Mountain Crane Service. Mountain Crane’s deal team was led by Josh Bitton and Brett Olsen.

LEASE SIGNED: Dayton Street leases 40 acre IOS in Atlanta metro area. Dayton Street Partners (DSP) leased 4390 Old McDonough Road in Conley, Georgia. The site features 2 truck maintenance facilities with a warehouse totaling 73,396 SF. The new tenant is Werner Enterprises. The DSP deal team was led by Adam Seyfarth. DSP was represented by Nat Weikert of OnPace Partners. Eric Rose of CRESA represented Werner.

LEASE SIGNED: BRC leases 3.38 acre IOS in North Bergen, NJ. The Advance Industrial Group at Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) represented San Antonio Broker Services in the leasing of 9101 Tonnelle Avenue in North Bergen, New Jersey. The property is owned by Hartz Mountain Industries. The BRC team included Anthony Rittwager and Matt Phillips.
