NEWS ROUNDUP

ACQUISITION: Greenspring buys 2.53 acre IOS in Tampa, FL area. Greenspring Realty Partners has acquired 2540 McJunkin Road in Lakeland, Florida. The property features industrial buildings totaling 17,000 SF and is currently leased to FLANDERS. The Greenspring deal team included Nicki Berg, Goral Khatta, and Daniel Flamholz. William “Bo” Bradford Jr. with Lee & Associates represented the seller in the transaction.

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 2.6 acre IOS in Providence, RI metro area. Alterra IOS has acquired 75 Mead Street in Seekonk, Massachusetts. The property features a 17,500 SF warehouse. The seller was Anawan Realty. Matty Drouillard and James Stubblebine with The Stubblebine Co. represented both parties in the transaction.

DISPOSITION: Apex sells 4.88 acre IOS in Tampa, FL area. Apex Industrial Real Estate Advisors has facilitated the sale-leaseback of 13630 50th Way North in Clearwater, Florida. The property features a 14,000 SF service building. The Apex deal team was led by Kyle Kidd and Dominic Hewitt.

LEASE SIGNED: Transwestern leases 3 acre IOS in Fort Worth, TX. Transwestern has facilitated the leasing of 4401 Carey Street in Fort Worth, Texas. The property will serve as a critical operations site for MICA Corp. supporting the construction of Loop 820/US-287. The Transwestern deal team was led by Lyndon Todd and Garrison Lackey.

LEASE SIGNED: Voit leases 12.83 acre IOS in Los Angeles, CA. Voit Real Estate Services has facilitated the leasing of 6150 Paramount Boulevard in Long Beach, California. Brian McLoughlin, David Fults, and Ryan Huguenard with Voit represented the tenant, NFI, in a new long-term lease extension.
