Alterra buys SC IOS

ACQUISITION: Alterra buys 14 acre IOS in Spartanburg, SC for $3.3M. Alterra Property Group purchased 740 Falling Creek Road in Spartanburg, South Carolina, for $3.3 million. The 14.1 acre property includes a 12,000 SF warehouse with 8 drive-through doors and 2 dock-high positions, along with an additional 6,000 SF building. Triten buys Kansas City IOS

ACQUISITION: Triten acquires 12.59 acre terminal in Kansas City, MO. Triten Real Estate Partners closed on 4950 Stilwell Street in Kansas City, Missouri. The 12.59 acre property features a 30,000 SF cross-dock terminal and a 20,000 SF drive-in shop. Nearly 50% of the property, including 6 acres of IOS space, is currently available to lease. Zenith buys FL IOS

ACQUISITION: Zenith buys 20 acre IOS in Kissimmee, FL for $7.5M. Zenith IOS has purchased 3501-3531 Pug Mill Road in Kissimmee, Florida. The 20 acre IOS property includes 3 warehouses, as well as an office building. The sale price was $7.5 million. The Zenith deal team was led by Principal and Head of Investments Alex Olshansky.

ACQUISITION: Panther brokers 1.1 acre IOS deal in Panther, FL. Panther Capital Group represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of 6424 Causeway Boulevard in Tampa, Florida. The 1.1 acre IOS property includes 3,674 SF of indoor space. The sale marked Panther’s third closing in Tampa in the last month. The Panther deal team was led by Guillermo De Nicolas.
